RetroHack wishes everyone in the United States a Happy Labor Day, and everyone else in the world a Happy Monday. Since most businesses (other than retail) take today off in honour of good old American industriousness and effort, we interrupt our regularly scheduled posting schedule to bring you this insight into one of those holidays that practically no one under the age of 30 can actually explain.

Please ask your roommates/children/significant others/alternate personalities what today is about, and if you get that deer in the headlights look for a response, make them watch this.

We’ll resume our usual schedule of geek goodness on Wednesday. Enjoy your day off, unless of course, you are on call, in which case, here’s to cell phone silence!
