See if something is coming down from a GPO that is restricting your access. You might also simply have munged settings in IE. If so, see <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737" rel="nofollow">this KB article</a> on how to reset IE and then start troubleshooting from a cleaner slate. HTH Ed Charles,
