My first reaction is to suspect a group policy. See if something is coming down from a GPO that is restricting your access. You might also simply have munged settings in IE. If so, see &lt;a href=&quot;http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;this KB article&lt;/a&gt; on how to reset IE and then start troubleshooting from a cleaner slate.

I have disabled IE ESC; yet somehow I still get all these same warnings even though it is supposedly disabled.  WTF!  What&#039;s up with that...same issue described here;
