Importing a certificate with keys into ISA 2006

Situation: you have a pfx file that contains a certificate and the key pair you wish to use to secure a site. You double click the pfx file to import the certificate and key pair, and all seems to go well. You view the certificate, and you see that you have the private key that corresponds to the certificate, but when you try to use it to secure an ISA site, you cannot see the certificate. You clear the check box that shows only valid certs, and you see that your cert has a key handle error.

1. Create/launch an mmc, add the certificates snap-in for the local computer.
2. Right click the personal store, and choose to import a certificate.
3. Run through the wizard as normal.

Now the certificate should be recognised by ISA.
