Just in case you need it, and cannot find it, the Initial Configuration Tasks wizard in Server 2008 can be launched at the run line as “oobe.exe.” While this may be of little to no use to 99.9% of the world, I needed to do it, couldn’t readily find it, so I am writing it down here. Hope it helps someone!
